Note: Placing an order with Priority shipping will not expedite creation time - our creation / processing time is as listed and then items are shipped as you have selected. Please keep in mind that all nail sets are handmade with care and are created in the order received.
Can I rush my order?
If you need to rush your order for a photoshoot, event, or special occasion, please contact me before placing it. I will let you know whether I have the time and capacity to fulfill your request and we can discuss rush pricing. Rush pricing varies by how many sets are included in an order.
How do I know my size?
There are two ways to find your nail sizes. One way is to order a Sizing Kit this is the best way to ensure the best fit. Another is to measure your nails using our guide. To measure, use a small soft measuring tape (sold at craft stores, Walmart, etc) Measure the widest part of your nail bed on each finger starting with your thumb. *only nail bed, not skin around nail* Be sure to measure in MM. Select from S, M, L, & XL or select the custom sizing option and don't forget to note your sizes!

Do you accept cancellations? Returns?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours you are agreeing to wait for your item and no refund will be issued. Please note that poor timing/planning, not reading the FAQ & not reading the descriptions are not acceptable excuses.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state. This is rare, but if so, please email info@bbygirlnails.com and include 1 or more images of the item(s).
How do I apply my nails?
A detailed guide for application + a full nail kit are included with every order. Our nail application is simple & quick. You’ll have the perfect look in under 5 minutes!
How do I remove my press-on nails?
If you’ve applied your nails using the glue supplied, removal can be a bit tricky if you are unfamiliar. For a step by step video with clear steps click here

How long will my nails last? Are they strong?
Our nails are professional salon quality. They are very strong, made with multiple coats of gel polish and structure gel. They are much stronger than store-bought Press-Ons.
Applying the nails correctly with glue will last 1-3 weeks. Our nail sets can be re-used, and with proper care they will last you through many applications. For more detailed info on how to get multiple uses out of them email info@bbygirlnails.com
Do you offer custom designs or customizations on existing sets?
Yes!!! - If you have an idea for nails, a picture that you want recreated, a theme, etc. I am easily reachable through Instagram DM, Email, or you may fill out my custom request form on my home page.
We are happy to accommodate requests to make change to an existing set (A different color, matte topcoat..etc) Every set is handmade by me, so contact me within 24 hours of purchasing if you would like changes made!
What happens if I order the wrong size?
All our nails are handmade with care and hours of hard work, so unfortunately we cannot be responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have a sizing guide with measurement instructions in our FAQ and in every listing and sizing kits available to prevent this.
Do you work with influencers?
Absolutely! Feel free to contact us about promotional discounts! Keep in mind that I do not offer free product, and discount amount relates directly to your number of followers and engagement.
I entered the wrong address/my order was misdelivered! What happens now?
We ship all orders to the exact address entered, so please take care to make sure there are no typos or extra/missing numbers. Remember to include your apartment number if you have one!
Bbygirlnails is not financially responsible for incorrect addresses, typos, postal errors, etc. You must pay to reship items that have bounced back to us. If your order is returned to us by USPS for any reason, we will contact you asking for another address to ship to, then invoice you the shipping fee. Once that is paid, your package will be on the way. In general, reshipping a package is less than $4.
If you enter the wrong address or think you have made a typo, don't be afraid to notify me immediately so I can catch it before your shipping label is printed!
